The Jonathan Wilson & Tim Tyler web site is now functional, you can access it by clicking the link above

Narrowboatworld is well worth a visit too, it has up to the minute reports on all things to do with our waterways and more besides.

The BW link is self explanatory, and the boat safety scheme site lists all your local examiners as well as what they are auditing against

Canalplan AC is an online route planner of the highest order. You can  plan your route, take a virtual cruise and see where you are from a satellite perspective, plus there are also photo shots along the way. You need to be online though to use it to it's full potential. It's free, but donations are welcomed by the site builder. Check it out, it's really good!

Malham Smithy is a canal heritage site run by a fellow wtnbc member. A real nostalgic journey back to the good old days

Narrowdog to wherever is added purely because the boat Terry Darlington used in his novel 'Narrowdog to Carcassonne' and his latest novel 'Narrowdog to Indian River' describing a cruise down the American Intercoastal from Virginia to Florida, were carried out on a boat built in the 80's by our very own, Jonathan Wilson.

The Shroppie fly link is well worth a visit, These are the boats after all which took up the cudgel from the old heart of oak sailing boats which made this country great. Keeping it that way were the narrowboats who fathered the industrial revolution, and the Shroppie fly boats, due to their speed, reigned longer than most. Well in to the steam age in fact!

'Wizard Guitars.' Musical WTNBC members visiting either of one of our fellow members  outlets, should produce their membership card for a discount on the great guitars on offer. Click the  link above to visit the site. When you visit the shop take along your boating photos too, as boating is high on the agenda.
